    13. We've all experienced highway construction when two lanes merge into one with signs announcing the lane closure for miles before it actually happens. So why is it that there will always be a driver who speeds down the lane that will soon disappear into a concrete barrier cuts in front of you at the last possible second then jams on their brakes to avoid that car that was only 30 feet in front of you requiring you to swerve off the road to avoid hitting Mr. or Ms. My-Time-Is-More-Valuable-Than-Your-Time?
